The Baby Trend Snap N Go is a great carriage frame for parents who want to turn a infant car seat into an affordable travel system. I had the opportunity to try out the Snap N Go this week for Stroller Reviews with a Baby Trend Flex-Loc carseat.

The Baby Trend Snap N Go is not a universal carseat carrier (it works with a limited selections of carseats brands, listed below) but for the infant carseats that it is adaptable with, it can make life much easier for a parent on the go. Just lift your baby’s carseat out of the car, snap it onto the Snap N Go frame, belt it in, and go.

My only complaint about this car seat carrier is that it only held the Baby Trend car seat firmly in on one side- the side with the belt was a little less sturdy. It is comparable in price with competing infant carseat carriers, and can hold up to 40 lbs (a baby up to 32 lbs- the maximum for some infant carseats- and some items in the storage basket).

At a Glance:

The swivel wheels make maneuvering this stroller around pretty easy.

Its compact size makes it easy to get around.

There is a large storage basket underneath for your baby’s necessities or to store your purchases when shopping.

It folds compactly, fitting easily into your trunk.

It is lightweight, at only 12 lbs., making it easy to load and unload into and from your car, and to carry up stairs.

It has two cup holders and a small, covered compartment for small items, all within easy reach.

Baby Trend Snap N Go Specs:

Dimensions: 19.5 inches W x 33 inches L x 40 inches H

Weight of Snap N Go: 12 lbs.

Max weight capacity: 40 lbs.

The Baby Trend Snap N Go is compatible with the following:

Baby Trend – 22 lbs & 30 lbs

Graco – Snugride, Snugride 32, Safeseat

The Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus is a very popular stroller on the market today. At first glance, many Baby Trend stroller reviews give positive feedback but when digging a little bit deeper there are several quirks parents should be aware of.

According to user reviews, most parents rated this as a very versatile tandem stroller. The seats are spacious, and well padded, with the front seat offering two reclining positions. The suspension is great and will allow a smooth ride for your little passenger’s regardless of rough terrain.

The most popular feature however, was the easy with which the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus converted from a tandem stroller to a sit and stand model. By unsnapping a few snaps the rear seat pops off and can be conveniently stowed in the large storage basket.

Usually it is really hard to find bad stroller reviews. Either a model is great or horrible wrong. In my research there was never one huge complaint about the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus, but the amount of little nagging problems was astounding.

As with all double strollers the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus is a heavy model. Weighing in at 28 pounds, moms and dads said this posed some problems. This stroller can also be hard to fold up. According to stroller reviews, until you get some practice in, the process can be frustrating. Plus, the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus does not fold very compactly so it takes up lots of trunk space.

Another complaint that several parent reviews brought up, was the fact that the rear seat only lays flat and could not be fastened up to support a sitting child. Also noted was the fact that the footrest for the toddler seat was in the wrong position to hold a child’s feet, leaving them to hang into the storage basket.

Many parents wrote terrific stroller reviews for this model, but others were just disappointed. If you are looking at the Baby Trend Sit n Stand Plus make sure you know what you want out of a stroller. Little issues like the handlebar not being padded, maybe something you can live with.
