For the love of running, check out the BOB Stroller Strides Fitness Stroller! Give yourself a total body workout with the official stroller of the Stroller Strides nationwide fitness program.

The Stroller Strides fitness stroller is available in single or Duallie seating and is based off of the BOB Revolution model, but with a few extras such as: fitness pack that includes two exercise tubes of different tensions, drink holder, and fitness manual to help stick to the Stroller Strides Fitness Program.

Features Include:

  • Stroller Strides Fitness Kit
  • Front wheel swivels to maneuver through tight spaces and locks forward when ready to run
  • Fast, two-step fold-up design for stow-and-go portability
  • Ultra padded seat reclines up to 70° (from vertical); a 25° increase over previous models
  • Weight: 11 kgs, 24 lbs (includes Fitness Kit)
  • Capacity: 32 kgs, 70 lbs

BOB is known for making a well built stroller and the Strides Fitness Stroller is no exception. With an aluminum alloy welded frame, this baby is built to last a long time. One user boasts of buying this stroller when her son was a newborn, and is still pushing him in it 6 years later! I guess with a 70 lbs weight limit that’s not a problem. She now has plans to pass it on to her nephew since it’s still going like a champ.

Review after review gushed over the smooth ride for baby. That’s due in part to the large 16” rear tires and modern suspension system which can be adjusted to one of two positions depending on the size of the child. An Amazon reviewer states “I love the fact that we can take it anywhere, we even take it on trails, over rocks and tree roots. The big wheels and suspension are amazing. We love Bob and call him by name!” Users like the option of locking the front wheel, or allowing it to swivel for maneuverability.

Although not many, there are a few drawbacks to this bad boy. The storage basket underneath is on the smaller side, and some users had a hard time fitting even a small diaper bag underneath. The other downside is the price. With an MSRP of $399 it’s at the higher end of the Jogger pricing scale. Most users agree that although the price is high, with the stroller’s ability to handle trails, snow, rough sidewalks, or a crowd with ease, it is definitely worth it.
