4moms – All I have to say is WOW!

Located in Pittsburgh, Pa; 4moms was built by two guys looking to start their own business. With the help of a focus group, made up of 4 mothers, they not only got their great ideas, but they got the name for their company. Today their team is made up of 15 engineers and researchers (who are parents to 30 kids); that bring you “Real Life Solutions From Real Life Moms™”.

From reading the previous posts, 4moms Origami Stroller – See and Believe! & 4moms Origami Stroller – The One Finger Fold!, you can easily see that their pride and joy is the Origami Stroller. Well let’s take a look at what other great inventions that they are offering the child care industry!

The Mamaroo is one of the best items that I have seen in years. It has 5 unique motions; car ride, kangaroo, tree swing, rock-a-bye and ocean wave. This seat is designed to move like you do; bounce, sway, etc… It is the only seat on the market to move up and down AND side to side, in 5 different speeds.

In addition to the unique moves, the seat reclines or sits up. And the large LCD display makes it really easy to use. The fabric is machine washable and is easy to remove and re-attach. With 6 different colors to choose from and a plush toy mobile; this chair will make even the crankiest baby smile. Oh yeah, there is even a hookup for your MP3 player, and if that doesn’t put your baby to sleep, try one of the 5 nature sounds to sooth them. The features keep coming and coming. The only problem is it’s not shipping out till August 2009! But I want one now!!

Other great products from 4moms are the Cleanwater Infant Tub and the Goodnight Sleep Trainer. Both have taken their traditional counterparts to the next generation. I can only say that look out world, because who knows what great invention 4moms is going to come out with next. I know I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
