    A locked front wheel is a PRO when you are actually jogging. It is what allows you to loosen your grip and maintain circulation in your hands. You are supposed to pivot on the back wheels for big turns!

    InSTEP jogging strollers are a wonderful option for the budget-conscious and occasional-use athletes!
