Tike Tech Announces 2010 Stroller Line Up
By Cathy Fligger
Tike Tech has announced their new 2010 line of strollers and accessories and I can not wait to see them! They aren’t shipping out till July, but this line looks like they are worth the wait. (You can pre-order your model at Stroller .com) The styles are very versatile and the colors are bold and vibrant. They are the perfect stroller for the family who likes to be outdoors.
The Tike Tech stroller accessories are a great addition to the strollers. I personally like the All Weather Covers; who wants to purchase a rain and a sun cover? One stroller cover for all your weather needs. Also available are car seat adapters, bassinets and baby doodle seat inserts.
I wanted to dig a little deeper into Tike Tech to make sure that they have the qualities that I want in a stroller company. They stand behind their products 100%, and offer a one year warranty for the soft goods and a 5 year
warranty on the stroller frame. That’s a big plus! Tike Tech talks a lot about being focused on safety. Stroller Safety is my main issue, but seeing that these strollers are both field and internally tested makes me feel at ease. And their safety features include; a 5-point harness with chest strap, rear parking brake, and a tether wrist strap. The more I research, the more I like these strollers.
Choosing which stroller I want for my boys is going to be the hard part. I am not really a jogger, and the City X3 and the All Terrain X3 Sport look more like jogging strollers. I am thinking of taking a closer look at the City X3 Swivel Single Stroller. I guess I will have to wait until they are released to read some of the stroller reviews, to make my decision. Can’t wait!

Tike Tech City X4.
As grandparents of 5 grandchildren we were looking for a sturdy, safe, and easy to push full size stroller for walks around our neighborhood and to the nearby parks and playgrounds. We babysit our 2 y/o grandson 4 or 5 days a week and one of our daily joys is a walk to get him out, give papa some exercise, and hopefully get him to sleep. After searching, reading reviews, and trying numerous strollers in stores, I found the Tike Tech City X4 online. After about 2 weeks of use, he and I both love it. It pushes and handles like a breeze. The adjustable handle is convinent to use and very comfy. The sunshade is huge and he loves to adjust it himself. The soft rubber tires and rear springs absorb lots of bumbs, espically on our sidewalks. The only negative thing for some people might be the the size when folded. It is not as compact as some when folded. This is not an issue for me since we keep it open in a spare room at home and have found our grandson crawling up in it to watch TV or give us a hint that it is time to go for a walk. All in all this is a wonderful stroller with a high weigh limit, 60 lbs, very comfortable and easy to use with lots of great features and accerories if you need them
